Take the B4 until you reach Billhorner Brückenstraße. From there, continue on the B4/B75. After 1.4 km change to the A255/B75. There you will see the signs to Bremen. From there you continue on the A255. After a distance of 3.4 km you change to the A1. There you take after 13.4 km the exit A1 direction Bremen/Seevetal - Hittfeld. Now you drive a distance of 82 km until you arrive at the freeway junction Bremer Kreuz. Here you keep to the right and follow the signs for the A27 towards Cuxhaven. You will reach the exit Bremen-Vahr, direction Bremen-Oberneuland. Here you drive to the Leher Heerstraße. The ATLANTIC Hotel Landgut Horn is located on the right side.
from Hannover or Bremerhaven
Take the A27 freeway to the Horn-Lehe exit and then follow the road. At the large intersection, turn right onto Lilienthaler Heerstraße in the direction of Oberneuland. After about 1.2 km after the bridge, turn left into Leher Heerstraße. After approximately 150 m, the hotel is located on the left side.

From Bremen main station take streetcar line 4 in the direction of Borgfeld or Lilienthal to the Horner Mühle stop. From there you can reach the ATLANTIC Hotel Landgut Horn on foot in about 150 m. Alternatively, you can take bus 33 or 34 in the direction of Sebaldsbrück to the Wilhelm Röntgen Straße stop.
Leave Bremen Airport through the main entrance. On the forecourt, please take streetcar line 6 in the direction of the university. Get off at the main station and take streetcar line 4 in the direction of Borgfeld or Lillienthal to the Horner Mühle stop. From there, either walk or take bus 33 or 34 in the direction of Sebaldsbrück to the Wilhelm Röntgen Straße stop. The hotel is located on the left side.
